NordVPN is developed by Nord Security (formerly Nordsec Ltd),a company that creates cybersecurity software and was initially supported by the Lithuanian startup accelerator and business incubator Tesonet. NordVPN states it operates in Panama, but Nord Security is incorporated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.Its offices are located in Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Panama, and the Netherlands.”
